Run, kids, run…

Katy and Lucas are running a 5K today…so are a bunch of the women from the Healthy Living Summit I attended earlier this year (including, but not limited to Meghann, Kelly and Caitlin).  Here’s hoping they get good weather, fast times and that they all have lots of fun.

And let me just say once more how much I LOVE weekends.  Lots of work to do, but it is on my clock…ahhhh….
